01. Research and Strategy

User Research, Goal Definition, Information Architecture (IA)

User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand user behavior, pain points, and motivations. Define the product’s vision, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

02. Design and Prototyping

Wireframing, Mockups Creation, UI/UX Design, Prototyping

Create low-fidelity structural outlines (skeletons). Apply visual design principles, branding, color palettes, and typography to create high-fidelity graphical representations (mockups) of the interface.

03. Testing and Iteration

Usability Testing, Design Iteration, Prepare Specifications

Handoff: Prepare final, annotated design specifications (including assets, measurements, and interaction notes) for the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
